Booking Terms & Conditions
Regular Bookings
A regular booking is made for the same days each week, on a recurring basis. Once made, there is no requirement to make any further bookings on the selected days of the week – regular bookings run until such time as a parent/carer tells us they want to amend or cancel
Ad hoc Bookings
An ad hoc booking is made for one or more individual dates over the next half term. There is no ongoing commitment to book further lunches, parents/carers should simply re-book as required, should they wish their child to receive any more lunches.
Booking windows
Bookable dates open a half-term at a time, at the same time our menu for the upcoming half-term is published. At this point, ad-hoc bookings can be made for the full upcoming half-term. Regular bookings continue to roll on unaffected.
Any booking must be made by Friday at midday, for the week after next. This is the same for Regular and Ad hoc bookings. Examples of this cut-off period are shown below:

Paying for your Booking
Payment for school lunches is collected via debit card.
Upon your making your first booking with Go! Catering, we will contact you to take your card details. These details are anonymised through a process called tokenisation, and are not held on our system. The process of tokenisation allows us to take payments for your future bookings directly from your card, without the need to contact you each time for your details.
We run payments in one of two ways, depending on your booking:
- For Permanent bookings – Payment is processed on the first working day of the month, for that month.
- For Ad-Hoc bookings – Payment is taken in full upon making your booking.
Amending or cancelling your booking
To cancel lunch on an individual date without being charged, parents are required to provide more than 7 days’ notice to receive a refund. Any cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will remain charged. There is no requirement to notify us if your child is absent from school. If a child’s absence is planned, it is the responsibility of the parent to cancel the affected bookings.
To amend or cancel an ongoing regular booking pattern parents should contact our office on [email protected]. A notice period of 7 days (from the date of the email) is required for any change to take effect.
